Each one of our Media Sales Training consultants combines delivering training with other current work in media today. This ensures that we are in touch with real commercial challenges and can bring recent and relevant experience into the training room.


Debra Sharron

Debra Sharron is an all round publishing professional with a particular passion for selling creative commercial display advertising opportunities to clients and their media agencies.

Her magazine career spans over 20 years during which time she has worked for IPC Media and The National Magazine Company. She combines managing The Media Sales Training Consultancy with running a number of sales projects.

Jo Blake

Jo has worked on the agency side of the Media Industry for 18 years. She is an accredited Business Coach and divides her time as an Internal coach and trainer within a large agency and as Media Director.  She writes and tutors courses ranging from selling, negotiation, excellent client servicing and management techniques.
She is currently studying for a degree in Psychology

Debbie Russell
Debbie has worked in media and publishing for over 10 years.  She is highly experienced in all aspects of media sales having sold a range of advertising from classified through to display and sponsorship .  She has extensive experience in B2B publishing and her training draws on real life experiences working across a variety of education and consumer titles.
