Our advertising sales training programmes are designed to fit the specific needs of YOUR team.
We want delegates to enjoy learning in a relaxed and yet challenging environment where they are not afraid to reveal their weaknesses.
At the end of each course, we ask delegates to complete a Personal Action Plan so that they can identify what they have taken from the session and how they plan to apply the learning back in the office the next day.
We like to work with managers in advance to find out as much as possible about each group that we train. Once a course is complete, we will offer constructive feedback and outline suitable next steps for future development.
